  • How Does stump grinding Work?

    The stump grinder has a large cutter wheel that shreds the stump into mulch.

  • Can I replant where the stump was after the stump grinding is complete?

    You can replant. A normal grind is six to eight inches below ground level, allowing you to put topsoil in the hole and grow grass or small shrubs. We can go deeper, but you need to request it.

  • Do you haul off the chips after grinding the stumps?

    We do not haul off mulch, but will be happy to put one of our trusted landscape partners in touch to assist.

  • How long in advance do I need to schedule an appointment for stump grinding?

    We strive to get to most jobs the same or the next business day.

  • What do I need to do before you come out and grind the stumps?

    We set up utility locates to leave the customer with a hassle free process. However, we do need to be made aware of any private utilities such as utilities to accessory buildings, underground dog fencing, irrigation systems, etc.

  • I only have one stump that needs to be ground. Will you come out and grind one stump?

    We will take care of any size job, one stump and up!

  • Do you service my area for stump grinding?

    We service Fulton and surrounding counties. Give us a call as we will expand areas or travel as needed.

  • Are you insured to grind stumps?

    Yes, we carry General Liability and Workmen’s Comp to protect you and your property.
