"This company was outstanding. Easy to work with, 100% reliable and did a great job! I asked for an estimate and had a few items in the way of the machinery. I removed the fence and shed, which were blocking the path, and they returned promptly and took out the stump. They did great work and the process was easy...payment was easy...and did I mention they were reliable. I don't know why all companies can't be more like Ness. Great work guys!"

"I had a small job to remove 4 small tree stumps and 5 shrubs from the front of my house, all landscaping companies wanted 750 to 1500 min to just come out. this was crazy but one of these landscaping company's at least suggested that i contact a tree stump removal company to do this work. i contacted Ness Stump Removal and wow what a GREAT experience finally somebody who is not out to rip you off but does and honest job and does it good for a honest price. There is hope still left in USA after all we just need to be more like NESS TREE STUMP REMOVAL."

"I was extremely happy with their professionalism, pricing, responsiveness and willingness to do what I needed. There were a couple of stumps in the back yard, but we had a fence and it was very difficult to get the machine back there. He pulled off a section of the fence and found a way to get the machine into the backyard and grind the stumps. This was impressive, but this is were most companies I have worked with would have just walked away. No, he put the fence section back up and made sure everything was cleaned up. That is customer service. I would highly recommend them. Ness came out a grinded down a bunch of stumps for me that were left in our yard after having some trees taken down."

"I called yesterday and left a voice mail at about 5 in the evening. Beverly from Ness called me back this morning. She indicated that she could have a technician by once they were done at a big job they were on yes today. That was at 10:45 in the morning. The technician called me at 1:21 and said he would be there in 10 - 15 minutes which he was. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Who comes out to do work on your house the same day when they have never come before? They did and I would highly recommend. Removal of a tree stump from a peach tree."

"I called the company and requested an estimate, the lady at the phone was very kind, but stated that they were very far away from my location, however, she checked with her boss and they agree to provide me with the services, I had informed them that I only had about 9 stumps, later on after checking the yard, we found 50, the service man, removed all of the stumps and the price did not change. The service was excellent, I will them again and again and highly recommend them to all my friends and family, today I called them again to remove 2 more stumps and they will come tomorrow morning. All I can say about this company, is that is worth of given the opportunity to do your project. Ness removed about 50 stumps from my entire yard, the service man was amazingly a very humbled and very respectful man, very hard working man, he even got stung by bees in my yard and still went ahead with the project."

"After reading all of the glowing reviews, I called Ness. I spoke with Beverly and told her we had had several trees removed from our lot, but there was one small stump in particular that was a safety issue in the turn-around. I didn't think our budget would cover removing all of the stumps. It turned out we were just outside their service area, but she promised to call me back as soon as she'd done some checking. Twenty minutes later she was back, concerned that the one small stump was not worth the service fee they would need to charge for coming farther and offered to take out more of the stumps to justify that fee. When I found out how affordable it was, I was delighted. Their guy was out the next day (and I'm so sorry I don't remember his name!) I told him I was hoping to keep it to around $150 and he said he could take care of all the stumps in the front. He was done and had the machine back on the trailer before I could come out and suggest he take them all out. He'd actually taken out two additional stumps (8 total) that were hidden under leaves and was blowing the driveway (AND the entire front walk that was hardly touched by debris!) I paid him an extra $25 and feel like I got an incredible deal for incredible service. One thing that truly impressed me--I asked about how busy their company was and he said they worked for several lumber companies and landscapers. They have enough big work to keep them very busy and yet were willing to come out of their service area for my little stump and go above and beyond taking care of our needs."
